Our Services and Fees

Elopement Package ($175)

This option is for couples who "just want to get married" or who want to be legally married in Ontario before leaving for a destination wedding. There was a day when you had the option of going to a judge or J.P. at the court house or City Hall...not any more! This is the most economical ceremony option we offer. You bring your two witnesses (or they can be supplied for a fee of $25 each), a marriage license, and get married in a ceremony more amazing than you could imagine! You will receive an Initial Consultation by phone (very eco-friendly) and be married by one of our Licensed Officiants. This option is available in our regional home/office and includes space for the Bride & Groom and up to 6 guests. There is a $10 fee for each additional guest. Administration of the legal documents, phone and email support is included in this package. You must obtain your marriage license. Short. Sweet. Seven days a week!

Essential Package ($275)

This is for busy couples who want a beautiful wedding ceremony in their home or other venue. You will receive an Initial Consultation by phone (very eco-friendly) or in person and have 3 ceremony options from which to choose. Your Wedding Ceremony will be performed by one of our Licensed Officiants in a manner that reflects your style and values. Administration of the legal documents, phone and email support is included in this package. If you need ideas for that special location to get married - we can help with that as well. You must obtain your own marriage license. A great value!

Elegant Package ($375)

This popular choice is for couples who wish to take a "hands-on" approach to planning their wedding ceremony. You receive an Initial Consultation by phone (very eco-friendly) to confirm your wedding details. Then, at our Ceremony Planning Consultation, we will discuss the legal requirements for getting married and the many ceremony options available to you. You will also receive a 16-page Ceremony Planning Guide, and a username and password to access the hundreds of wedding ceremony resources on our comprehensive web site. Three weeks before your wedding, you will meet with your Officiant for a “Talk-through Rehearsal” Consultation where you will confirm your ceremony choices and finalize all specific requests pertaining to your ceremony. Your Officiant will perform your Wedding Ceremony beyond your expectations. Administration of the legal documents, phone, and e-mail support is included. You must obtain your marriage license. Be sure to book this package early!

Elite Package ($475)

This is for couples who want a beautiful, unique wedding ceremony with an on-site "Walk-through Rehearsal" at their venue. This package includes everything in the Elegant Package plus a "Walk-through Rehearsal" provided by your Officiant or our Professional Wedding Coordinator.

Elite 'Plus' Package ($1,175)

This is for couples who want a beautiful, unique wedding ceremony and an on-site "Walk-through Rehearsal" and a Professional Wedding Coordinator for your Day of Coordination. This option includes everything in the Elite Package plus up to 10 hours of wedding day coordination from our Professional Wedding Coordinator. The coordinator will work with your Officiant and other wedding professionals to provide seamless service from "make up to make out". The complete package!

Deposit and Additional Fees

v A $150 (plus applicable taxes) non-refundable deposit confirms the date and time for all our ceremonies. The balance is due two weeks before your wedding date. The Elopement package must be paid in full at time of booking.

v Prices are subject to change without notice and vary regionally.

v Prices do not include the cost of your marriage license which can be purchased at municipal city halls. You can download the application here.

v Holiday Premium for all Ontario statutory holidays ($100)

v Travel Fee - your first 50 kms round trip from city hall are always free!

v Special costumes required for theme weddings. These will be supplied directly to us or billed to you at cost.
